This three-part webinar series will feature experienced government finance officers who understand the pitfalls and financial perils associated with managing municipal finances. - How your budget can help you navigate through labor negotiations. Wednesday, June 16, instructors will help you refine your budget to estimate personnel costs and share best practice reporting to help with successful labor negotiations.
- Implementing Internal Financial Controls. Wednesday, June 30, learn best practices and pitfalls of failing to have proper controls.
